Product and service quality have always ranked at the top of GROUP SICAME’s concerns – and indeed explain much of the swift yet steady growth we have been enjoying since 1955. Our efforts to bring our system into line with new ISO 9001v2000 standards likewise mirror our unflagging determination to push customer-satisfaction levels further.

Ongoing liasing and efforts on the part of Quality Departments across the Group have given rise to new synergies and brought fresh momentum to Group SICAME’s central Quality Management Office. Today, we can look at the road ahead with the certainty that our product and service quality standards will continue to rise as steadily as they have risen so far.

Tests

Group firms working in sync to deliver top-quality products have also pooled their talent into laboratories (SICAME, SM-CI SiCAME's subsidiary, CATU SiCAME's subsidiary).

These laboratories have earned Cofrac accreditation, attesting to its compliance with NF EN ISO 17025 standards. They run a variety of mechanical, electrical and environmental tests in airtight and cold chambers, under electric shock waves, in climatic chambers and salt spray. Highly-skilled members of staff conduct these tests using periodically-calibrated instruments. These instruments are indeed adjusted by lab staff using calibrators checked by a Cofrac-accredited firm, or directly by a Cofrac-accredited firm.
